Welcome!
The CSU Alpine Club is an organization dedicated to the rock climbing community with an emphasis on outdoor rock climbing. The Alpine Club aims to involve members with the climbing community in any way we can, often occurring in the form of officer-led climbing trips, climbing film nights, as well as volunteering. Anyone who is interested in climbing is welcome whether you have never climbed or have climbed a million times.

We have trips for every type of climber including bouldering, sport, trad, top rope, canyoneering, ice climbing, and more. These trips are as close as Horsetooth and as far as Utah. We do not require you to own any gear and we can provide resources to those who need assistance to get some gear.
We aspire to host a safe space for all climbers to feel like they can try something new or climb with people they can trust. We do not host many formal meetings but we have a great community that loves to hang out. You can commonly find familiar faces at the CSU Rec center or other local gyms. The club is also planning to host other fun community events for everyone to hang out and get to know each other.
